- Sunday: Today I will think only positive thoughts.
- Monday: I believe that I am awesome and smart.
- Tuesday: I will remain focused and calm no matter the circumstances. I believe that God is in control.
- Wednesday: I will not let fear destroy my wonderful new day.
- Thursday: I will be an example of God’s love to everyone I meet.
